Hines European Property Partners is developing a building in the center of Stuttgart, Germany. The communication concept is based on two principles: future-oriented technology and sustainability at the core of the building, as well as its central location reconnecting two key downtown quarters. We combined these ideas to inform the identity. Organic forms and materials reference the center and the use of natural building materials such as wood, while a crisp and contemporary visual language defines the overall appearance.
The identity extends beyond the digital space and becomes part of the city’s public realm.
We created a brand book to ensure consistency across teams and partners.
We developed distinct key visuals that respond to the different uses within the mixed-use building.
